The panels are lightweight, rigid inserts that slide into pre-designed channels or clips on the system. Most users can remove old panels and install new ones in just a few minutes, making it simple to refresh branding, update messaging, or swap in seasonal graphics.

Per Evolv Technology factory specifications, we use premium ⅙″ (.060″) white styrene sheets as the foundation for all Evolv Express® and Motorola CWD graphic panels—selected for their durability, rigidity, and smooth finish. Each panel is digitally printed using EFI UltraDrop™ technology, delivering exceptional resolution, vibrant color, and smooth gradients. For precision and consistency, all panels are cut using a state-of-the-art Kongsberg X plotter.

To finish, we apply a 3M™ Scotchcal™ Gloss Overlaminate, adding a deep-gloss shine that enhances color, contrast, and clarity. This final layer not only makes safety markings, logos, and color-coded bands visually pop - it also provides durable, long-lasting protection against wear, UV exposure, and daily use.

It delivers a rich, high-gloss finish that deepens colors and improves contrast, making logos, safety markings, and other visual elements stand out with striking clarity. EFI's UltraDrop™ Technology uses native 7-picoliter piezoelectric printheads with true multi-drop addressability, delivering exceptionally sharp, high-resolution images with smooth gradients, crisp fine lines, and even four-point text clarity—all at high production speeds—ensuring every graphic panel looks flawless.

Most companies charge extra for artwork and design, but we include an initial set of proofs in all our Evolv Express graphic panel solutions and still sell them for less than our competitors! Our graphic designs brand the Evolv towers with your corporate colors, logos, and mascots to help to create a seamless and unobtrusive ingress experience. This makes the units blend into their environment even further.

We offer full-in-house design services, including unlimited revisions and press proofs at no additional cost - unlike most competitors - so you can fine-tune your artwork before we begin production.

Reviewing your Design Services request is easy. Once your brief is submitted and your design proofs are ready, our team will email you a notification with a link to review them. You can collaborate directly with your designer—either in real time via a live call or conveniently through email. When you're happy with the final design, simply approve it, and we'll move it into production—ensuring every detail is captured with accuracy and efficiency.

You can expect a streamlined and efficient design timeline:

  • Initial consultation & concept: Kicks off with a free consultation; within a business day or two you’ll discuss your design needs and branding goals.
  • First draft/proof: Your designer typically delivers a detailed proof within 2–3 business days.
  • Feedback & revisions: We allow unlimited review and revision cycles—usually finalized in 1–2 rounds.
  • Final approval & production: Once approved, your design is uploaded to your Optin Wireless account and immediately sent to print.

Yes, usually. As long as your item has not gone to press, you can request to cancel the item. We'll attempt to cancel your item as best we can, but submitting a cancelation request does not guarantee your item will be canceled.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Our panel delivery services include the time it takes to process, print, dry, package, and ship your order to you. This speed of delivery depends on the availability of press time, materials and the address it will be shipped to.

We generally use FedEx ground for shipping for smaller orders. Larger orders with 16 panels or more are shipped on a pallet via a freight service.
